About Kasey
Since graduating from the Recording Industry Management program
at Middle Tennessee State University, she has worked in many different
aspects of the entertainment industry honing her skillset in business
management, touring, artist management, and record label operations.
Her diverse background provides a unique and valuable perspective
which she uses to lead her business and guide her clients.
Her career in business management started at Flood Bumstead McCready and McCarthy where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of accounting and business for multiple Grammy-award winning artists that toured extensively both nationally and internationally. Through her client’s endeavors, she worked hands-on in music and book publishing, sponsorships, large-scale construction projects, and served as a line producer for a network television show. Additionally, before launching her business, Kasey toured internationally with a Grammy award-winning artist where she deepened her understanding of that aspect of the industry.
She went on to create Cleckler Consulting in 2018 providing business management and consulting for entertainment and creative arts businesses. She then earned a master’s degree from Lipscomb University in Organizational Leadership focusing on Strategic Leadership and Performance Coaching, and created Cape + Anchor for executive and performance coaching in 2020.
Kasey is involved in numerous organizations in the Nashville community. She is an active member of SOURCE Nashville (Programs Co-Chair), the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's Troubadour Advisory Council, Country Music Association, and the Academy of Country Music. She is a proud alumni of the Society of Leaders in Development, Women’s Music Business Association, MusiCares Ambassadors, Nashville Emerging Leaders class of 2022, and Alpha Xi Delta sorority.
